4 Property Eligibility

4.1.1 Only those properties that have been assessed as eligible HomeBuy Direct properties by the Agency are able to be offered under HomeBuy Direct. The property must be sold with vacant possession.

4.1.2 For further information on what properties will be assessed as eligible, please see the definition of ‘eligible unit’ in the sample grant agreement, which is summarised in the Property eligibility Guidance (please click on the Asterisk).

 

 

 

4.1.3 All other properties are excluded.
