Disposal Proceeds Fund

With the creation of the Homes and Communities Agency and the Tenant Services Authority on 01 December 2008, there have been changes made to the policy responsibilities and remits, as a result of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.

The responsibility for the administration and policy making for the Disposal Proceeds Fund now rests with the TSA. The AHCFG chapter on DPF has therefore been removed. All guidance on DPF can now be found on the TSA website. All enquiries pertaining to DPF should now be directed to the TSA.
