Capital Funding Guide 2008

The Capital Funding Guide contains the rules and procedures for housing associations that have received capital grants/allocations from the Housing Corporation.

The Guide gives details on procedures and further guidance. One of the main features of the Guide is the separation between the requirements (what 'must' be done) from guidance and explanatory notes. The main body of the text outlines the requirements which the Corporation has and where it is needed this is then supplemented by guidance notes accessed by clicking on an asterisk icon: 

The Guide has five main 'books' containing 'chapters'. These can be accessed from the left hand side of the page.                                                                 

Older versions of the Guide are available for reference and can be accessed via the CFG Library.

Printing and the Search Facility - Please note that we are experiencing some complications with both the printing and search facility icons. Pages can be printed by selecting the printable version icon. No adjustment will appear on screen but when you do print the content will readjust to appear in one column. The search facility, for some searches, currently also picks up content from the main Housing Corporation website.

These issues are being looked into and an update will be provided when they are resolved.
